Ambon, 04/08/16 - Today conducted a Submission of Environmental Development Program Aid 2016 at Pattimura Airport Ambon Endemic Diseases Handling Health Sector. The submission was presented at Balai Desa Tawiri attended by the Head of the Health Center, the Village Officials and Villagers of Tawiri and was led by the caretaker General Manager of Pattimura airport Ambon Irvan Jihad. The aid given in form of 500 dengue fever rapid test strips and 15 gallons of powder Abate with a total aid of Rp. 45,000,000.
In his speech Irvan Jihad delivered “This aid is a form of concern of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura airport Ambon on the health of the residents especially those living around the airport. With the aid is expected the Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura airport Ambon can help eradication of dengue fever endemic diseases.”
Based on information of Ambon City Health Department that has happened Unusual dengue fever in three villages located around the airport, these are desa laha, desa tawiri, and desa Hative. Especially for Hative Besar has found 11 people with suspected dengue fever with 1 died. In his speech, the Head of Ambon City Health Department was represented by the Head of Heath Center of Desa Tawiri welcomed the aid provided by PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura airport Ambon.
