Training Of The Power Of Empathy At Pattimura Airport Ambon

Ambon, 04/08/16 - Pattimura airport Ambon held the Power Of Empathy training. The training that took place for two days was held at Natsepa Resort Ambon and was attended by 40 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura airport Ambon. Present as a trainer and motivator Nurcahyo Adi Kusomo “Life Couch Professional” who has become practitioners of intuition for two years.

With this training is expected to encourage and motivate employees to stay optimistic and identified “Frequency” between supervisors and subordinates to achieve synergy working environment.

As conclusion Irvan Jihad as caretaker General Manager Pattimura Airport Ambon delivered “I hope this training will be followed by all employees of Pattimura airport Ambon, and for employees who have followed it can give their knowledge that has been obtained to other work partners.”
