PKPU Maluku And Angkasa Pura Airports Pattimura Airport Hold Iftar Together Orphaned Children

MALUKU news, Ambon: Majelis Taklim Pattimura Airport in cooperation with PKPU Maluku held an iftar jamah at Masjid Nurul Huda, Dusun Air Sakula, Desa Laha, Teluk Ambon, Ambon City, Maluku, on Thursday (02/07).

The program involved 38 orphaned children, residents of Dusun Air Sakula and Head of Mesjid Nurul Huda. Present at the event, the General Manager of Angkasa PT Angkasa Pura I Halendra, Chairman of Majelis Taklim Pattimura Airport Ambon, Muhamad Sidik and Branch Head of PKPU Maluku Muhamd Ikbal Hulihulis. The event was opened by the Chairman of the Majelis Taklim Pattimura Airport Ambon.

In his speech, Sidik appreciated for the hard work of PKPU in any humanitarian agenda including this event. Sidik said, thanks to assistance and cooperation of PKPU, the iftar event can run well as expected.

Meanwhile, the head of the branch  head of PKPU Maluku Mohamad Ikbal Hulihulis added, the iftar program is one of a series of activities planned PKPU during ramadhan this time, with the theme “Share Fee Berani Selfi Berbagi PKPU” designed a Ramadan program creative as possible to attract the interest of donors in order to donate in PKPU.

“In the near future, planned on 9 July PKPU nationally and simultaneously across branches throughout Indonesia will hold BBY program (shopping with orphans) with a Muri record achievement by targeting 6,666 orphans, said Ikbal. For Maluku we are targeting 250 orphans,” he added.

Meanwhile, the General Manager of PT. Angkasa Pura I Halendra, said that the Iftar Jamah program is often held by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), but this year there is a little progress his party cooperate with PKPU.

Halendra challenged PKPU in order to coming year PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) will cooperate in a program to share the meal with others as long as PKPU is capable and able to run it, PT Angkasa Pura I ready to give donations for the event.

Halendra also expected that any mutual agenda between PKPU and PT. Angkasa Pura I can benefit profusely for the people, so expected later all beneficiaries or mustahik changed status to muzzaki, he concluded.
